Admissions: Taking the Next Step

The Admission process at InnVigorate is simple, and begins with your phone call or email. When you contact us, we will walk through the process with you.

Prior to admission, each of our guests participates in a health screening, administered by an independent medical professional, which may include Bio/Psycho/Social screening and tests. These screenings help you and the InnVigorate team design a unique treatment plan to address any nutritional deficiencies that are identified during this evaluation process. Your treatment plan identifies specific challenges you and our treatment team believe should be addressed during your stay at InnVigorate, while also providing a tool for measuring your progress.

We appreciate that the experience of enrolling (or referring) a client, family member, or loved one to a residential wellness center, or a mental health and/or substance abuse facility, can cause anxiety and be confusing. Therefore, we do our best to make the process as simple and painless as possible.

Intake Process

If InnVigorate appears to be a good fit for you, we will proceed with the Intake Process. This process will help us better understand your situation so that we can effectively serve you by formulating a treatment plan that is suited to you. The intake process will include background information, family history, treatment history, prescription medication information, non-prescribed drug and alcohol use, etc. We will do our best to simplify this process so that we can obtain the information we need, without you being caught in a flood of red tape and paperwork.

Follow-up Interview

After the intake process is completed, we will schedule a follow-up interview to review and discuss the information with you and your family (if appropriate), and determine the "Next (Best) Steps" in the process. Please know that once you have reached out to us, we will make every effort to help support you through the process, which we know can be daunting.

If a prospective guest is not an appropriate fit for one of our InnVigorate programs, our staff will make every effort to refer another resource which may have a more suitable path to wellness. We are here to help!

Financial Arrangements/Administrative Forms

After admission has been agreed upon, the new guest will make financial arrangements for payment of the first 30-days' fees, which are due along with the completed admissions package. The initial payment can be made by cashier's check, wire transfer, or by establishing an authorized credit card on file (if approved in advance). InnVigorate is primarily a self-pay residential program; whereas, the independent professional practitioners may accept health insurance for their services.

We can provide assistance to our guests and their families seeking insurance reimbursement by coordinating with our independent billing company to expedite verification of benefits and pre-authorization. The billing company may also submit billing for our guests and pursue coverage for an extended stay whenever possible. Please note that additional fees may apply when utilizing the outside billing service.

InnVigorate requires each guest to have a signed Release of Information (ROI) on file in order to disclose information with third parties (including family and medical professionals), and other members of the professional team. Additionally, each guest will be required to sign several forms, including the following an Admissions Contract, a Release of Liability Waiver, and a House Rules Compliance Agreement.

Travel Arrangements

InnVigorate offers guidance to our guests and their families regarding travel arrangements. We provide our guests with complimentary transportation to our residence from local airports, including: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), John Wayne Airport (SNA), and Long Beach Airport (LGB). We can also assist with planning lodging arrangements for family members who would like to stay in the area.

Arrival

When you arrive, you will be given a tour of the residence and introduced to the other guests and our staff, who will assist you with unpacking and getting settled. After you have had a chance to settle in, you will be provided with a Guest Handbook and your schedule of activities for the upcoming week.

On the first business day after arrival, you will participate in a health screening administered by an independent medial professional at their offices.  This thorough assessment will aid in the identification of nutritional deficiencies, blood sugar levels, food intolerances, and, when appropriate, will result in modification of the current medication regimen and diet.

You, as an InnVigorate guest (as we refer to our residents), will also meet with the members of your hand-selected team, including: the Program Director, Executive Chef, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Life Coach, and Massage Therapist. As a result of the assessment and evaluation, and in collaboration with your InnVigorate team, an Individualized Wellness Plan will be developed so that you can begin your journey toward wellness.
